Shipping Policy

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship within the United States.
  • International shipping is not available at this time.

Tracking Your Order

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Essential Extensions is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as ‘delivered.’

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Return Eligibility

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items under the following conditions:
✅ Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
✅ Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
✅ All returns must include the original packing slip or order confirmation.

Final Sale Items:
❌ Hair extensions that have been opened or used are final sale and cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email our team at info@essential-extensions.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide return instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).
  3. Pack your item securely and send it back to us.
  4. Once received and inspected, refunds will be issued within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we cover the return shipping cost.
  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, return your product for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
