Returns and Exchanges

At Essential Extensions our mission is to provide the best quality hair and service possible. We stand 100% behind our hair. If for any reason you need to return or exchange your hair, email us at  info@essential-extensions.com

We are happy to accept return/exchanges on any unopened and unused wefts. Wefts must be in original condition when received. If you have any issues with the hair once it has been installed please contact us.

Returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days of the original purchase. We are happy to exchange the wefts for hair of the same value. Returns are given with a 10% restocking fee. Items that have been used or opened are not eligible.
